Kindly refer to our previous communication informing you about the proposed SANTOBA Meet scheduled on November 21, 2010 (Sunday) 10:30 AM onwards at 505, EME OFFICER's MESS, STATION ROAD, KIRWI PLACE, AHEAD OF DHAULA KUAN IN DELHI CANTT AREA, NEW DELHI, I would like to bring to your kind notice that since few weeks senior colleagues of SANTOBA including Shri Jaikant Singh, Shri Arvind Kumar, Col. P.K. Jaiswal, Col. B.K Choudhary, Col. Rangnath Rai, Shri RRP Singh, Shri Mrinal Kanti Das, Major General Brajesh Kumar along with many other like minded tiliyans have been working hard to give a lift to SANTOBA community through increase of interaction on personal as well as professional fronts.
Keeping into account the close bonding that we have developed through our school, it has often been felt that SANTOBA community has very high potential for developing a network that would be of great help to all linked to it. To strengthen this community it would of great benefit for all of us if we attend the above mentioned SANTOBA meet and decide about next course of action.
With above, the scheduled SANTOBA meet has the following agenda which may further the enriched on the spot
1. Decision on New Office Bearers
2. Creation of Executive Committee
3. Discussion on ways to enhance interaction and connectivity
4. Homage to our friends who left us for heavenly abode
5. Modalities of Life membership
6. Integration of various SANTOBA chapters and forums
7. Interface with SST
